Adult Playing Member

Membership includes: public liability insurance, ability to play in the adult league and cup competitions in Jersey, unlimited training sessions, Inter Insular training and matches, representative team training and matches (not included: travel, accommodation and transfers when off Island), Mixed League, pitch fees and use of the clubhouse facilities. Can be paid by monthly standing order. New players or those returning to the sport after a long time away may be charged at 50% at the discretion of the Jersey Hockey General Committee. Junior Playing Member (under 18 and/or in full-time education in Jersey)

Membership includes: public liability insurance, weekly Development Programme coaching sessions or weekly club coaching sessions, ability to play in the Jersey Hockey league and cup competitions (as appropriate) in Jersey, Inter Insular training and matches, representative team training and matches, pitch fees and use of the clubhouse facilities. Applicable to junior club members, members of the Super Minis, Minis, Puffins, Caesareans, Feagles, junior goalkeepers and boys and girls' U14s and U16’s coaching groups. (Not included: travel, accommodation and transfers when off Island). Juniors who are both a member of a club and a member of a Development Programme group only pay the £165. Participation in the annual junior summer sevens mixed tournament is NOT included in this membership and will be charged separately to those who take up the invitation to play. Other development opportunities may also be chargeable.

Membership includes the use of the clubhouse bar and eatery facilities including a reduced rate on food and drink, as well as discounts for hiring the clubhouse facilities.

Membership for Juniors under 18 which includes the use of the clubhouse bar and eatery facilities including a reduced rate on food and drink, as well as discounts for hiring the clubhouse facilities.

Occasional Playing Member

Membership includes: public liability insurance, up to five matches, occasional club training and use of the clubhouse facilities. Suitable for an individual who is normally a non-player but still wishes to be involved with a club and who may play the occasional fixture.

Overseas Student Member - New!

Membership includes: public liability insurance, up to five matches as a social player, occasional club training and use of the clubhouse facilities. Suitable for an individual who is normally based overseas (e.g. school, university or college) who wishes to play when back in Jersey.

In2Hockey

Membership includes: social membership, public liability insurance and In2Hockey sessions and friendly matches as advertised by Jersey Hockey. We require those participating in In2Hockey sessions to be signed up to a membership category. In2Hockey members may use the clubhouse facilities on the days they play.

'One-Off' Playing Member

Membership includes: public liability insurance, pitch fees and access to the clubhouse facilities on the relevant match day. This membership category can be used for a maximum of 3 games per season.

Novice Playing Member

Membership includes: public liability insurance, up to two ‘taster’ training sessions with a club, pitch fees and use of the clubhouse facilities. Player would still need to be registered with the Jersey Hockey Administrator. If the ‘novice’ player goes on to be a club player they must then choose the relevant membership type.

School Team

Membership includes: ability to play in the Jersey Hockey league and cup competitions (as appropriate) and pitch fees . Applicable to any school side wishing to enter the Jersey Hockey league and cup programme. PLEASE NOTE: any school boys or girls wishing to play for other teams within Jersey Hockey will be liable to pay the £165 Junior Playing Membership fee.

Umpiring/coaching only – membership includes Public Liability Insurance and use of the clubhouse facilities.

Notes for Memberships:

Any travel costs for on-island or off-island fixtures are NOT included in ANY membership categories. Any coaching and training sessions, including any performance opportunities, which may be offered either solely by Jersey Hockey or in association with third parties are NOT included in ANY membership categories.
